Head of the “Cytoskeleton Biophysics laboratory" at the Center for Theoretical Problems of Physico-Chemical Pharmacology (CTPPCP) and senior research scientist at Physics Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Lecturer of the courses on "Molecular Foundations of Biological Motility", "Molecular Modeling in Biology", "Biophysics" at the Physics Department, Lomonosov Moscow State University

Nikita graduated from Physics Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2009. In 2013, he completed a Ph.D. in Biophysics with Fazly Ataullakhanov, studying kinetochore-microtubule interactions (CTPPCP, Russian Academy of Sciences). In 2008-2013 he carried out experimental work as a visiting scholar at the University of Colorado, MCD Biology Department, Boulder, USA and at the University of Pennsylvania, Physiology Department, Philadelphia, USA, focusing on in vitro reconstitution of kinetochore-microtubule interactions with the help of optical microscopy and optical tweezers. Nikita is a proud alumnus of the 1st Bangalore Microscopy Course (Bangalore, India, 2009) and the 122nd MBL Physiology Course (Woods Hole, USA, 2016).
